Our Story
Nestled in the heart of Bastrop County, Revolver Ranch is a working Texas ranch dedicated to raising quality livestock the right way — with room to roam, honest land, and genuine care. We are proud members of the Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America (TLBAA), committed to preserving one of the most iconic breeds in American history.
Whether it's our pasture-raised Longhorns, our horses, our hogs, or the all-natural beef products we produce right here on the ranch — our goal has always been simple: ultimately happy, healthy animals, raised with integrity on Texas soil.
Our Herd
Our registered Texas Longhorns are the heart of Revolver Ranch. Known for their legendary horn spreads, hardiness, and longevity, our cattle are raised on open pasture and bred for both beauty and beef. We currently have heifer calves available for sale — contact us for details.
Life on the Ranch
Revolver Ranch is home to more than just Longhorns. Our horses work the land alongside us, and our heritage hogs are raised on pasture the old-fashioned way.
Our palomino quarter horses are a daily part of ranch life — whether riding the fence line or simply grazing by the pond at golden hour. A working ranch wouldn't be the same without them.
Our ranch hogs are raised with space to root and roam. Pasture-raised on natural feed, they're a proud part of the Revolver Ranch operation and contribute to the heritage beef and pork products we produce.
Ranch Dog
Every great ranch has a great dog. Bowie is our Australian Shepherd and the unofficial foreman of Revolver Ranch. Whether he's keeping watch over the herd, greeting visitors, or just soaking up the Texas sunshine, Bowie is as much a part of this place as the cattle and the land.
Loyal, sharp, and always up for a long day on the ranch — we couldn't imagine this place without him.
Ranch Store
Everything we raise or grow here at Revolver Ranch is for our family first and foremost. Our beef, pork and eggs all come from animals raised in an all natural environment with care and love, free from hormones, pharmaceuticals, herbicides and pesticides. We believe their health and wellness is linked to ours, because clean, organic food is the foundation of a healthy body and mind. Healthy, content animals also provide more flavor and nutrients in the meat and eggs they provide. We think you can taste the difference!
Our Beef is naturally clean and lean! Raised on grass, we let nature do its work with minimal intervention. We process each animal at a USDA approved facility to ensure confidence in the standard of handling of all of our meat.
Our chickens are happy hens raised on a diet of pasture clippings, non-GMO feed, and scraps from our own table — organic of course! Their eggs are delicious, and as we have multiple breeds, the most delightful array of colors!
Our pigs are raised on pasture. Like our chickens they are fed non-GMO feed, and scraps from our own table — organic of course! Like our beef we process at a USDA approved facility to ensure confidence in the standard of handling of all of our meat.

Beef, Sea Salt, Spices — Black Pepper, Celery Seed, Celery Juice Powder (contains Evaporated Cane Sugar Powder), Dehydrated Celery Juice Powder. Each pack comes frozen and averages 5–6 ounces or 5–6 sticks.
